Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Blanc ships hardware to over 45 countries worldwide. International orders are handled through our precision logistics network to ensure machines arrive calibrated and ready for deployment. Please note that customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is the typical lead time for a Blanc One?
Standard units usually ship within 5-7 business days. Custom configured machines or bulk industrial orders may require 14-21 days for precision assembly and stress testing before dispatch.

The Blanc One maintains a positional accuracy of ±0.01mm on the XY plane and 0.005mm on the Z-axis, utilizing our proprietary Machined-Drive system.
How often is maintenance required?
We recommend a minor maintenance check every 500 print hours. This involves cleaning the linear rails and checking belt tension. A deep service is recommended annually.

Can I use third-party filaments?
Blanc features an open-source material architecture. While we recommend our Proto-Grade filaments for guaranteed precision, any 1.75mm filament is compatible.
What is the max nozzle temperature?
The Blanc series comes standard with an all-metal hotend capable of reaching 300°C, enabling the use of technical engineering plastics and composite materials.
Orders & Returns
What is your warranty policy?
Every Blanc machine includes a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty. This covers all structural components and electronic systems. Wear-and-tear parts like nozzles and build plates are covered for the first 90 days of operation.
Can I return a machine if I change my mind?
Unopened and unused machines can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the high-precision nature of the hardware, opened machines are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must pass a multi-point quality inspection upon return.
